The mechanism of the rotary kiln is to treat waste at high temperatures in the rotating drum, and to significantly reduce the waste’s volume within the combustion chamber during a specified incineration time.
The rotary kiln equips flexible seal (the wear-resistant coating on the rotary kiln drum body is in contact with a high-temperature and wear-resistant surface fixed on elastic heat-resistant steel; the middle layer uses carbon-silicon-nickel composite sealing plates, and the outer protective layer is SUS304, with graphite self-lubricating blocks on the contact surface with the rotary kiln). Long service life, good sealing performance, and <1% low air leakage rate are guaranteed.
The rotary kiln is equipped with an operating status monitoring system (infrared scanner or thermal imaging system, upon customer’s request) to comprehensively measure the temperature of the rotary kiln shell and monitor in real-time the condition of the refractory materials inside the kiln.
The rotary kiln applies a combination burner (fuel + waste liquid + primary air supplementation). Its adjustment control valves and instruments are from top-tier suppliers. Compact structure, space-saving; multi-component waste handling, separated control, automatic ignition, automatic flame monitoring, extinguishing protection, fault alarm, etc.; high flame intensity, stable combustion, good safety, and wide power adjustment range.
Primary air supplementation enters the rotary kiln through the combination burner and the outer side of the inlet chute’s water-cooling wall. This preheats the primary air while protecting the burner, thus to improve thermal efficiency. The primary air supplementation adopts a special swirl structure, which allows for full contact with the materials.
A replaceable kiln tail guard plate design is applied. All metal parts of the rotary kiln tail that extend into the secondary combustion chamber and in contact with high-temperature gases are made of heat-resistant stainless steel (310S). This ensures long service life and minimal casting material detachment.
